William MUDAHEMUKA

Mr. William is an experienced researcher and university lecturer of social sciences and business courses. He is also an economic strategy, organizational planning, and management consultant in education and development-related business areas. As a ‘paramedic’ engaged in both research and practices, William brings a unique skill set to his work and clients, with a strong focus on the strategic planning and implementation of business and community projects nationally and internationally. He successfully applied the ‘bifocal approach’ to leadership and mentoring programs for a variety of groups including organizational managers, and early career academics. William is extensively engaged in capacity-building works with men and women staff development practitioners at all levels of organizational business projects generally using lectures, workshops, strategic conversations, and individual consultations. He is a Ph.D. candidate in project management with a master’s degree in arts in project planning and management. He serves as a senior consultant in various public, private, and civil society organizations. William as a researcher has various publications in various fields but concerning the economy. Intending to learn from others, William always attends various international conferences, trainings, and professional developments and he is a member of different professional local and international bodies.
